Thank You for purchasing our hair care products. All Sales Are Final. We DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS. WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS/EXCHANGES.

Due to the Nature of the Products. In order to ensure the quality and safety  of our products there are NO REFUNDS/ NO RETURNS/ NO EXCHANGES due to hygiene reasons this policy is in place.

Wrong Item/Missing Item:

If you receive an incorrect Item or missing item. Please contact us immediately via email [email protected]

Please email photos of the order details, the issue, the item received, and packaging label. You have 14 days from the date your item was received to contact us. We will work with you to resolve the situation in a timely manner. 

Damaged Item(s):

If your Product arrives damaged. Contact us Immediately via email 

[email protected] with photos of the damaged product, order details, and the packaging label. You have 5 days from the time you received the damaged item to contact us. We will work with you to resolve the issue in a timely manner.

 

Invalid/ Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping information when placing the order. We cannot correct the shipping information once an item have been sent. Please double check you have provided the correct shipping information prior to completing your order. Let's Be Hairlistic is not responsible or liable for items deliverd to the wrong address that was provided to us when the order was placed. 

Item NOT DELIVERABLE

If your item is not deliverable. A Full Refund will be issued once we receive the undeliverable item from the carrier, minus the shipping cost. If you want the item resent, you will have to provide accurate shipping address, You are liable for the shipping cost for an item to be resent.  

Lost/ Delayed Shippment 

We are Not responsible for delays by the shipping carrier, weather, other factors beyond our control. Once the item leaves our facility, the shipping provider is responsible for the delivery.
